Here at Infiniti Lenz Optics. We understand that Doctors Prescription can change. That is why we give you 30 Days for any Doctors RX change or lens style changes. We allow one free redo with any Prescription change even on custom orders, if there is a lens style change and upgrade on lenses we will send you a invoice for payment before any job is done. You will also be sent the address via email from our support team to send back your frame. You are responsible for all shipping cost to send your frame back to be redone .we ask the you send your frame with a trackable shipper I.E ( FED-EX ,UPS USPS-PRIORITY MAIL) once we receive you job we will email you with notification.please allow 7- 10 business Days for job processing time.you will get an additional email when your job is ready to shipped back to you. we will cover the shipping cost with standard shipping to send your job back to you as Courtesy.
